Hongqi announced sales of two models in Russia.

Official sales of Hongqi cars in Russia should begin this year. The company has launched a website where you can get acquainted with the models and sign up for a test drive.

The fact that Hongqi plans to launch official sales in Russia became known last year. At the same time, the company began certification of cars. At the moment, the OTTS received two models — the H9 sedan and the HS5 crossover.

However, another pair of cars appeared on the Russian official website: the company of the flagship sedan H9 was an electric crossover E-HS9.

The flagship Hongqi H9 sedan is comparable in size to cars such as the BMW 7 Series or Nio ET7. Its dimensions: 5137 x 1904 x 1493 mm. The wheelbase has 3060 mm, which is 62 mm more than the current generation Audi A8 short—wheelbase.

One modification will be available for Russia, on the official website it is called 2.0T "Deluxe". This sedan is equipped with a 2-liter turbo engine (245 hp and 380 Nm), a 7-speed robot and rear-wheel drive (data from OTTS). Fuel consumption in the mixed cycle is stated as 7.1 liters / 100 km, and the tire dimension is 245/45 R20. Four body colors will be available to choose from.

Hongqi E-HS9

For the E-HS9 crossover, the situation is about the same. The dimensions of the car (5209 x 2010 x 1713 mm) and the size of the wheelbase (3110 mm) are indicated. There is also information that after 10 minutes of fast charging, the trip distance will be 100 km. The dimension of the tires is 265/45 R21. At the same time, for the "Executive" version and for the "Deluxe" modification, all parameters are the same. There are six body colors available to choose from.

In China, the E-HS9 crossover is available in several versions, the power of electric motors is from 435 to 551 hp. The battery capacity is 84, 99 or 120 kWh. The range is 460-690 km according to the NEDC cycle. According to our data, as a result, the most powerful variant with an average traction battery will reach the Russian Federation.
