Sales of the Tank 700 are starting in Russia. The model is offered in three trim levels with gasoline and hybrid engines. Prices range from 8.9 to 11.9 million rubles.

Sales of the most expensive SUV of the Tank brand, model 700, are starting in Russia. The Chinese automaker Great Wall presented all the details about this flagship, which is already available for pre-order from Russian dealers. The Tank 700 is offered in three trim levels: Premium, Superior and Edition One, and prices for the model vary from 8.9 to 11.9 million rubles.

The basic Premium package is equipped with a 3-liter V6 petrol engine producing 354 hp. and a 9-speed automatic transmission. The maximum speed of the car is 190 km/h, and the average fuel consumption is 12.5 liters per 100 km. The price of an SUV starts from 8,899,000 rubles, which makes it an attractive offer in the premium segment. The Superior version adds adaptive air suspension and improved LED optics, and the price starts from 9,599,000 rubles.

The top version Edition One, with a hybrid power plant, costs from 11,899,000 rubles. This modification combines a gasoline engine and an electric motor, the total power of which reaches 422 hp, and at peak output - 517 hp. The hybrid Tank 700 can travel up to 100 km on pure electricity thanks to a 37.1 kWh lithium-ion battery, while accelerating to 100 km/h takes just 5.9 seconds and combined fuel consumption reaches 10.6 liters per 100 km.

Off-road capabilities and design features

The Tank 700 is a frame SUV with Torque-on-Demand permanent all-wheel drive and front, rear, and center differential locks. The Superior and Edition One models add adaptive air suspension, which improves off-road performance and comfort.

In appearance, the Tank 700 is distinguished by powerful lines and a massive radiator grille. The Edition One model received an exclusive design with carbon elements and bronze-colored inserts, 22-inch wheels, and a ceiling with a “starry sky” effect. Inside, the car offers luxurious equipment: seats with massage, ventilation and heating functions, contour interior lighting, a premium audio system with 16 speakers and a panoramic roof.

Tank 700 is already available for pre-order in Russia, and its appearance promises to increase interest in the luxury Chinese SUV segment in the domestic market.
