Jaecoo J8 is the new flagship crossover of the Chinese brand. This car is stylish and elegant, fits perfectly into the traffic flow of a big city and copes well with any road conditions - be it asphalt or dirt.
A list of trim levels has already appeared on the official Jaecoo website, and it has become known that starting in April it will be possible to purchase the J8. In addition, it turned out that in Russia the crossover will be available in three versions, instead of two, as previously announced. However, in this case the choice of engine is not provided.
The appearance of the Jaecoo J8 attracts attention from all sides. High-quality assembly, soft retractable door handles and thoughtful interior design create the impression of ideal comfort. Every detail of the interior is thought out to ensure complete driving comfort. Seat adjustment, heating and ventilation are just a small part of what the Jaecoo J8 offers.
In the J8 interior, all seats are designed in an important way. The front passenger has a seat with retractable foot rests, while second-row passengers have plenty of legroom. Although the angle of the backrest of the rear sofa is not large enough for a good sleep, this crossover still provides maximum passenger comfort.
Thanks to the powerful engine, the Jaecoo J8 easily covers long distances, and the modern transmission allows you to save fuel and change gears seamlessly. The advanced electronically controlled all-wheel drive system automatically adapts to road conditions. Jaecoo J8 also has multiple riding modes such as snow, sand, mud, off-road, eco and sport.
The Jaecoo J8 crossover is equipped with a 2.0-liter petrol turbo-four. In Russia, its power will be reduced from 261 to 249 horsepower. Jaecoo offers with it a seven-speed robotic gearbox with two clutches (Getrag 7DCT400 - quite fresh, appeared in 2021), standard adaptive suspension and all-wheel drive. Adjustable shock absorbers with solenoid valves on the front and rear axles allow you to select suspension stiffness. Acceleration to 100 kilometers per hour takes 8.5 seconds, and fuel consumption is 8.1 liters per 100 kilometers. By controlling the skid angle and throttle, you can control this crossover perfectly.
The length of the Jaecoo J8 is 4820 mm, width – 1930 mm, height – 1710 mm, wheelbase – 2820 mm. Ground clearance is 210 mm, and the gas tank, protected by a plastic arch, ensures reliable movement.
The list of equipment for the basic Active configuration includes 20-inch aluminum alloy wheels, all-LED optics, electrically adjustable heated side mirrors and turn signals, as well as a panoramic roof with sunroof. Parking sensors, a surround view system, tilting rear-view mirrors when reversing, a tire pressure and temperature monitoring system (TPMS), ESC, ABS and EBD systems are all also included as standard equipment. The list of options is even wider.
The Supreme version offers additional options such as tint, black velvet headliner, front seats with massage function, 4-way power steering column and 3-way aromatherapy aromas.
Prices for the Jaecoo J8 have not yet been announced, but they are likely to be in the range of 4.5 to 5 million rubles. More accurate information on prices will become available closer to the start of sales, which are scheduled for April.

Было бы классно, если бы они выпустили гибрид, это бы явно подняло продажи
