New look of Exeed TX: second restyling

Last summer, the Exeed TXL crossover was modernized in China, and now this model can be found on the Russian market. Externally there are practically no changes, but important improvements have been made to other aspects of the TXL.

Exeed is one of the leading brands in the Russian automobile market, and among its most popular models is the mid-size TXL, which has now undergone an update, following the flagship Exeed VX.

Changes in the appearance of the Exeed TXL cannot be called radical. The innovations are outwardly modest: the brake calipers were painted red, and the Flagship version received new 20-inch wheels. The radiator grille has been slightly modified, but these changes may go unnoticed to the casual eye.

But the interior has changed a lot. The transmission selector is now located on the steering column, which frees up space for a large box with a curtain and a wireless charging pad on the central tunnel. Above is a climate control unit with three rotating knobs, and two 12.3-inch screens are installed on the front panel. The media system, built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 processor, has received an updated menu structure and graphics.

Now the updated TXL has new seats, dashboard, door cards and a premium Lion Melody audio system with 23 built-in speakers and an active noise reduction system. The multifunction steering wheel has also undergone changes: it has added “push and touch” technology - a special mode to prevent accidental clicks.

The new interior looks truly premium and stylish, especially with Nappa leather trim. The front seats are now equipped with massage, heating and ventilation functions. The driver's seat is complemented by two speakers in the headrest.

The new TXL offers two modification options with different engines and gearboxes. The first modification is equipped with a forced four-cylinder engine with a volume of 1.6 liters and a power of 194 horsepower, as well as a seven-speed Getrag 7DCT robotic transmission with all-wheel drive. The Business package costs from 4,250,000 rubles, Prestige from 4,000,000 rubles.

Another modification is equipped with a 2-liter engine with a power of 197 hp. with a turbocharger mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission 8AT Fuzhen of its own production. And also there are two configurations to choose from: Premium - costing from 4,150,000 rubles and Flagship - 4,500,000 rubles.

The basic package includes heated seats in both rows, heated steering wheel and windshield, LED headlights, panoramic roof, adaptive cruise control, all-round view system, keyless entry, audio system with 16 speakers, a multimedia complex, an electric tailgate, eco-leather seat trim, as well as blind spot monitoring systems, automatic high beam switching and frontal collision warning.
