Jetour T2 received an extended three-row version with a wheelbase of 2,800 mm and a length of 4,750 mm. The model retains the frame chassis, all-wheel drive, low-range gearing and a 2.0-liter turbo engine (254 hp), combining serious cross-country ability with capacity for a family.
The Jetour brand, part of the Chery group, is expanding the line of its T2 frame SUV by introducing an extended version with three rows of seats. The new product is designed for those who are looking for a combination of cross-country ability, spaciousness and practicality - without compromise.
The extended Jetour T2 received a wheelbase increased to2,800 mm (versus 2,610 mm for the standard version), and the total length reached 4,750 mm. This made it possible to place a full third row of seats, designed for adult passengers on short distances or children - an ideal solution for large families and active travelers. At the same time, the trunk in a seven-seat configuration retains a volume of 320 liters, and with the rear rows folded it turns into a cargo space of 1,600 liters.
Technically, the new product completely replicates the original T2: frame chassis, solid axles front and rear, reduction gear, differential locks and all-wheel drive. Under the hood is a proven 2.0-liter turbo engine producing 254 hp. and a torque of 390 Nm, paired with8-speed automatic transmission. Ground clearance is 220 mm, approach and departure angles are 36° and 38°, respectively, which ensures high cross-country ability even in extreme conditions.
Externally, the extended version differs only in more massive rear overhangs and additional windows in the rear pillars. Inside, there are leather seats, a digital instrument panel, a 15.6-inch central screen, climate control for three zones and an all-round visibility system - all this makes the car not only passable, but also comfortable in everyday use.
The price on the Chinese market starts from 175,000 yuan. In Russia, the Jetour T2 has already been officially presented, and the appearance of a three-row version in 2026 is considered very likely - especially against the backdrop of growing demand for spacious frame SUVs.
Thus, the new Jetour T2 is a rare combination today of true off-road architecture and family practicality. And if previously you had to turn to the Japanese or Americans for such a set, now there is a decent choice among Chinese brands.
